What You’ll Do As a Designer / Creative, you’ll help shape branded experiences from the ground up — translating strategy and storytelling into dimensional environments that engage and inspire.
You’ll work closely with creative directors, account teams, and production specialists to concept, visualize, and develop environments that move audiences and elevate brands.
Responsibilities
Design trade show exhibits, branded environments, and experiential activations in 3D.
Translate client objectives into spatial concepts that communicate clearly and creatively.
Develop high‑quality renderings, layouts, and presentations that sell ideas with impact.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility, detail, and build integrity.
Stay current on materials, trends, and technologies shaping the future of experience design.
Contribute to a positive, high‑performing creative culture through curiosity and ownership.
Qualifications
0–5 years of professional experience in 3D design, architecture, or related field.
Proficiency in Rhino & V‑Ray (or comparable 3D design tools).
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Solid understanding of layout, proportion, and spatial storytelling.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills – ability to present well to internal teams and clients.
A proactive, dependable work ethic — motivated, organized, and solutions‑driven.
A team‑first mindset — energy, humility, and accountability every day.
Bonus Points
Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and production processes.
Experience with animation, motion, or interactive design.
Background in Industrial Design, Interior Design, or Architecture.
