About The Role We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Mobile team. In this role you will lead feature‑strategic design work across iOS and Android, crafting exceptional user experiences, and ensuring product designs align with business objectives and user needs.
What You’ll Do
Create mobile‑first wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate product functionality and user experience.
Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors, and iterate designs based on feedback.
Develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with company goals.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user requirements into delightful mobile designs and ensure the final product meets both user and business needs.
Build and maintain native mobile design systems, adapting to evolving design patterns and component libraries.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.
Communicate complex ideas persuasively to cross‑department partners.
Advocate for design quality during development, championing fidelity and attention to detail throughout the lifecycle.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
5+ years of product design experience focusing on mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual interaction design for iOS and Android.
Excited about tackling unique UX challenges of Generative AI and transforming complex AI features into user‑friendly experiences.
Skilled at developing unified experiences adaptable across devices.
Passionate about crafting exceptional experiences, highly curious, future‑thinking, and fast learner.
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and end‑to‑end customer workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience leading projects and mentoring teammates.
Experience in enterprise SaaS context (plus).
Base Compensation Range $150,000—$190,000 USD per year, with potential performance‑based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
