Assist in the shipping and delivery of shipments. Coordinating with the warehouse on the processing of merchandise and distribution. Adjustment of freight charge differences. Handling shipments via forwarders and courier services. Pick and pack for ecommerce platform.
Logistics
Liaise with Buyers, overseas suppliers and forwarders on shipment;
Coordinate with Buyers and Warehouse on processing of incoming shipment and products discrepancy;
Co-ordinate with Buyers and Warehouse on Purchase Orders for all shipments received from overseas & local vendors;
Raise stock adjustments for freight charges and merchandise discrepancies;
Handle small parcel shipments with courier companies;
Handle matters related to Merchandising requests such as Merchandising Write-off and Return to Vendor Adjustment;
Assist in Warehouse matters such as conducting cycle count and stock take planning and investigation on Shrinkage report;
Assist in monthly closing for submission to Finance;
Submit insurance premium to vendor;
Any other duties that are assigned from time to time.
Order Fulfilment
Prompt and accurate processing of online orders;
Co-ordinate with third party logistic providers for pickup;
Count in to tally number of packages before handling them over to transporters for delivery;
Any other duties that are assigned from time to time.
Requirements
At least 2-year of related working experience
Knowledge of inventory control methods and distribution is an advantage
Working knowledge of MS Excel/Words
Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
Willing to work flexible schedules to meet the needs of the operation
5-day work week, 9.00 am – 6.45 pm
