Work closely with the account team to build, deploy, track, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve business results Assist with designing A/B testing, brand lift surveys, and attribution-based measurement studies across social channels Collaborate with team members to ensure pacing and delivery of campaigns, deliver timely performance reports to clients Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations Develop relationships with media sales partners to support day-to-day campaign needs Work with attribution partners to develop strategies driving brand awareness, online conversions, offline sales lift, and tune-in Develop audience strategy using briefs and research analysis Maintain detailed campaign records (media plans, performance reports, etc.) Stay aware of new platforms and techniques; seek opportunities to innovate media strategies Ensure campaigns are reconciled for accurate invoicing and media delivery Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in paid social media Demonstrated enthusiasm for influencer marketing / paid social, with interest in social media attribution and analytics Strong multitasking, written and oral communication, organizational skills, and numerical accuracy Proven ability to optimize media spend and manage large budgets ($150k–$350k/mo) Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Bonus points
Experience with 3rd party ad-serving, tracking, and analytics systems Experience at a marketing-tech or media startup Passion for social media and/or influencer marketing Salary range
