3 Months (possible extension) About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Compliance Associate to support the Payments business by reviewing and ensuring that all marketing materials meet the highest quality, brand, and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone with an editor\'s eye, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across marketing, legal, compliance, and business teams. You\'ll work in a dynamic environment with exposure to a wide range of teams and executives, ensuring marketing content adheres to regulatory and corporate standards while supporting a disciplined control environment. Key Responsibilities
Review all marketing assets, initiatives, and claims to determine necessary legal and compliance review. Learn and adhere to marketing business practices, including corporate controls, regulatory obligations, and anti-trust reviews. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams regionally and globally to address and resolve concerns. Maintain a central repository for marketing disclaimers and approved claims. Promote a sustainable control environment to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks. Ensure reviews are thorough from a brand, editorial, and business perspective. Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in editorial, marketing, legal, compliance, regulatory, or quality control roles (preferably in large companies). Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced, transformational environments. Comfort applying legal / compliance guidelines and corporate control policies to marketing creatives and claims. Knowledge of audit, risk, or operational management concepts (training can be provided for regulatory details). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with strong work ethic. Associate or Coordinator-level background preferred. Client Notes
Role supports Payments Marketing ; candidates should understand marketing regulations and policies (e.g., UCAP). This is a review-focused role (not content creation). Team size : 5 people. Candidates with project management skills (organization, multi-tasking) will excel. Regulatory background is nice to have but not mandatory. Interview process : 4 rounds (individual; may consider panel format later).
