About the role : We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Search squad in the couple marketplace zone. You’ll shape how couples discover, explore, and refine their options, designing search experiences that surface relevant, trustworthy results and make comparison, connection, and progress effortless. You’ll own the design process end to end, informed by data, research, and feedback, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and writers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Be a great product designer
– Understand users deeply, what they’re looking for, decisions they face, and blockers they encounter. Design search experiences that simplify complex journeys from query to confident decision. Create accessible, visually appealing, consistent interfaces across devices. Translate research and data into scalable concepts and actionable solutions with measurable impact. Present solutions clearly to stakeholders. Be a great design team partner
– Contribute to evolving our design system and ensure search patterns work seamlessly across the marketplace. Participate in critiques with openness and a growth mindset. Stay curious and share inspiration to expand your craft. Be a great product squad partner
– Collaborate with cross-functional squads to shape strategy and execution for search. Advocate for user-centered design and high-quality standards. Partner with engineers to ensure feasible, performant solutions. Consider platform nuances across web and app. Success criteria
– 5+ years of professional experience designing for large-scale digital products (with examples in search, discovery, or content-heavy experiences). A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, clear interaction flows, and shipped designs. Proficiency in Figma, whiteboarding tools, and research platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills. An appreciation for how language shapes clarity and trust in search. Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience designing for large-scale digital products (search, discovery, or content-heavy experiences) with demonstrable results. Portfolio showing thoughtful problem-solving, clear interaction flows, and shipped designs. Creative and strategic mindset with strong critical-thinking skills. Experience defining patterns, building prototypes, and conducting user testing. Proficiency in Figma, whiteboarding tools, and research platforms. Strong collaboration and communication skills. This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid model. About You
