What You'll Do
Lead Fire & Smoke Restoration Projects
Take complete ownership of restoration projects from emergency response to final walkthrough
Assess fire and smoke damage with expert precision
Develop comprehensive restoration strategies that maximize salvage potential
Manage complete contents inventory, cleaning, and restoration processes
Master Project Coordination
Coordinate crews and resources to deliver exceptional results
Create detailed project plans with timelines that keep families informed and hopeful
Ensure every project meets IICRC standards and exceeds customer expectations
Balance multiple complex projects while maintaining quality and profitability
Handle the scoping and estimating of the project
Be the Customer Champion
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their most stressful time
Guide customers through the entire restoration process with empathy and expertise
Work seamlessly with insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claims processing
Turn traumatic experiences into stories of successful recovery
Execute Hands-On Restoration
Perform water extraction, fire cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation
Operate advanced restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)
Lead on-site teams with hands‑on guidance and mentorship
Ensure safety protocols protect both teams and customers
Meaningful Impact

Build lasting relationships with customers and insurance partners

Flexible Environment
Rotating on‑call schedule with emergency response opportunities
Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Company vehicle or stipend, equipment, and technology provided
Essential Qualifications
3+ years of disaster restoration experience (water, fire, mold, trauma cleanup)
IICRC Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT) certification
Two additional IICRC certifications from: CPT, WRT, AMRT, OCT, MRS, ASD, TCST, or RRT
OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications
Xactimate proficiency for accurate, detailed estimates
Valid driver's license, ability to pass respirator fit test, and background check
