Job Summary The responsibilities for this position include the following:

Collaborate with Associate Deans in the development and execution of undergraduate and graduate student recruitment and retention activities, including attending on‑campus recruitment and retention events, conducting tours for prospective students, developing recruitment materials, and working with campus partners to plan and coordinate recruitment activities.

Assist the Office of the Dean and the School with creative design, digital content creation, programming initiatives, alumni newsletter, social media (analytics, campaigns, evaluation, and strategy), and targeted promotion and outreach.

Required Qualifications

Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program at UWG. Students admitted provisionally are not eligible.

Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Be enrolled full‑time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period.

Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 in all previous and current graduate coursework.

Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Available to be on campus.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media marketing, and graphic design.

Digital and social media communication background.

Ability to work collaboratively within the School of Communication, Film, and Media and with campus and community partners.
