Troubleshoot and resolve fiber optic issues, restoring service quickly and effectively. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to complete installations and repairs. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in fiber splicing and testing with strong technical precision. Proficiency with OTDRs, splicing machines, and other fiber testing tools. Ability to read and interpret splicing plans, schematics, and technical documentation. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
