We are looking for a dynamic and motivated telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for telephone prospecting to develop our customer base and promote our services. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve the objectives set.
Main Accountabilities
Make phone calls and send emails to persuasively present our products/services to prospects
Participate in the development of innovative prospecting strategies to expand the potential customer base
Analyze and qualify customer files as necessary
Provide feedback on telephone conversations with prospects in order to improve sales strategies
Follow up regularly with prospects to maintain relationships and identify sales opportunities
Update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and customer account information in our Kairos CRM
Maintain detailed reports on prospecting activities and results achieved
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
Experience in telemarketing or sales, ideally in a B2B environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in French and English (a third language would be a plus)
Negotiation and customer service skills
Good knowledge of CRM tools
Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
