We are seeking a Manager, Marketing – Commercial Real Estate to accelerate Matterport’s growth in North America. Based in Arlington, VA, this role will be on‑site five days per week and report to the Vice President of Marketing.
Overview The Manager, Marketing – Commercial Real Estate will be responsible for accelerating Matterport’s growth in North America through strategic, B2B‑focused marketing initiatives. This individual will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that position Matterport as the premier technology partner for CRE brokers, owners, developers, investors, and tenants.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that highlight Matterport’s leadership in digital twins, AI, and spatial data for the commercial real‑estate ecosystem.
Create compelling B2B messaging frameworks that clearly communicate value to brokers, developers, property managers, and enterprise clients.
Position Matterport as a category‑defining solution within proptech, trusted by CRE decision‑makers.
Design and execute multi‑channel B2B campaigns showcasing Matterport’s 3D and AI capabilities to commercial real‑estate audiences.
Lead creation of case studies, thought leadership content, webinars, and digital assets that demonstrate ROI, efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
Partner with industry media and associations to amplify Matterport’s presence within CRE networks.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Research, and Technology teams to ensure marketing strategies align with CRE market needs and customer workflows.
Support business development through targeted B2B enablement tools for regional and enterprise sales teams.
Leverage advanced analytics to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
Translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance engagement with CRE audiences and enterprise buyers.
Represent Matterport at commercial real‑estate conferences, trade shows, and proptech events.
Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating Matterport’s role in shaping the digital transformation of real estate.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within or serving the commercial real‑estate industry.
Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies targeting CRE professionals.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven decision‑making.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to influence both technical and executive audiences.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
