About this role As a Product Marketing Manager for Learner Experiences, you’ll own the GTM strategy and execution for key learner‑facing products across Udemy Business (B2B) and the Consumer Marketplace (B2C), shaping positioning, influencing product roadmaps, and delivering launches that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable impact.
What you’ll be doing
Own GTM strategy and execution for learner‑facing products and features.
Collaborate on roadmap planning by sharing learner insights, market opportunities, and performance trends.
Develop differentiated messaging that communicates Udemy’s learner experience value.
Coordinate integrated GTM plans across consumer and enterprise audiences focused on awareness, participation, and retention.
Use data, research, and feedback to uncover insights and inform product and marketing strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
Track competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Create enablement materials and narratives for internal teams.
What you’ll have
5‑7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplace, or ed‑tech.
Experience planning and delivering GTM strategies for digital or learner‑facing products.
Ability to translate customer insights into positioning and marketing plans.
Experience collaborating across teams and balancing priorities.
Comfort interpreting behavioral, product, and campaign data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity about learning, AI, and the future of work.
