This hands-on career path develops your sales and marketing expertise while preparing you to move into a management role within
12 months .
What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners through direct, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
Learn how to present, promote, and sell effectively while inspiring trust and engagement.
Build meaningful customer relationships and sharpen your communication skills.
Progress through structured training in sales, marketing strategy, leadership, and team management.
Work closely with experienced mentors and take on real responsibility as you advance.
A positive, motivated, and ambitious mindset.
Strong people skills you enjoy connecting with others.
Willingness to learn, work hard, and embrace challenges.
A natural leader (or someone ready to grow into one).
No prior experience required just the drive to succeed!
