Understand the importance of following Media Supply Rules Some understanding of Ferris State University structures and resources Knowledge of software: Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects – and/or DaVinci Resolve for Media Supply Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Availability to work scheduled shifts from 8am- 4:45PM Ability to troubleshoot situations and procedures to guarantee great outcomes Check equipment in and out Ensure all equipment is working properly Scan all equipment and keys that are being checked in and out Check inventory weekly Being the best part of our customers' day Continuous growth of your craft and industry trends Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
