The Digital Media Specialist will manage digital asset distribution, support digital product expansion, and assist the Marketing Department in carrying out the Credit Union’s growth initiatives. What We Look For

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and updating content for online and mobile channels, managing social media campaigns, and supporting new digital projects. Location, Schedule Availability

5025 Adams Avenue South, Ogden, Utah Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week $20.25 per hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Cultivate and effectively manage long‑term, trusting relationships. Provide consistent member follow‑up. Comply with all regulations as required by law. Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development. Create, analyze, and update content for online and mobile channels. Utilize Google Analytics to monitor web traffic and recommend changes based on user behavior and ad relevance. Participate in forming effective paid search strategies. Manage social media campaigns and day‑to‑day activities, including news, events, and product promotions. Assist in the launch of new innovative digital projects. Experience, Education & Certification

College degree or technical certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Media Design, Social Media Marketing, Communications, Web Design/Development, or related field. 1‑3 years of professional experience in a similar role preferred. Comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and web content optimization. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Proficiency in business writing and editing; experience writing professional blogs and web content. Experience managing and moderating corporate social media channels; strong knowledge of corporate social media best practices. Experience managing paid‑search, retargeting, and paid‑social campaigns. Basic graphic design and/or desktop publishing skills. Subject‑matter expert for all things digital media; stays current on technology and digital media trends. Prior employment in the financial services industry is a plus.
