Demonstrate appropriate levels of scholarly activity, service (contributions to university, professional, and community committees, organizations, and groups), student academic advisement, and effective teaching and classroom management strategies that enhance the success of diverse learners.**REQUIREMENTS:** Ph.D. or ABD in Communication or related field. If ABD, appointment will be at Instructor level and Ph.D. must be issued within 1 year of offer. Preferred Qualifications: We welcome candidates whose careers demonstrate a shared commitment to these values and with ability to incorporate them into their teaching to enhance our current curriculum.
