Respond to customer inquiries in French via email, phone, and chat Assist content creators with questions regarding platform features and services Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our support system Collaborate with the product team to address and resolve client concerns Guide clients on effective usage of our platform for optimal content creation Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest platform changes Qualifications

Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the online or creative industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A proactive approach to customer satisfaction Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using customer support tools and software Benefits
