Title of Position : Spiritual Life Social Media Student Worker Department : Spiritual Life Hours per Week : 15-20 Job Qualifications : Be a student of exceptional Christian character and academic strength. Demonstrate a desire to grow as a leader. Respected by peers on the basis of character and integrity. Be proficient in Google Drive programs. Have decision-making, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and meet deadlines. Have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional maturity. Return to Abilene on August 12, 2024, for training. Position Description/ Job Duties : Spiritual Life Student Workers will serve the student body during the 2024-2025 school year by supporting the Spiritual Life staff and serving in daily chapel opportunities and programs that will support the spiritual formation of ACU's community. General Responsibilities : Support Spiritual Life staff and graduate assistants to plan and produce daily chapels. Participate in the in-office discipleship program. Attend Moody and Small Group Chapels. Consistently check and respond to emails in the Spiritual Life inbox. Provide support and implementation for all chapel programs. Report progress and challenges to the Spiritual Life staff. Maintain a regular schedule for working the Spiritual Life Office’s front desk. Attend and report on assigned Small Group Chapels. Social Media Responsibilities : Monday Instagram Story - Chapel Overview. Post polls of the mingle boards at Moody. Weekly Instagram Reel from one Moody Chapel. Weekly Small Group Chapel Spotlight. Weekly Tik Tok (can be Instagram reel or another creative post). Run a Q+A about need-to-know information. Keep a running folder of Moody Photos. Attend weekly meeting with Avory and GA of Communications.
