Customer and Support Trainer Designer
The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and dynamic
Customer and Support Trainer Designer
to join our team. The Trainer Designer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs to our employees, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.
Responsibilities
You deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants gain a deep understanding of the subject matter
You design learning programs that address the identified competencies and learning objectives. These programs can include a mix of formal training, workshops, on-the-job learning, mentoring, coaching, and self-directed learning
You collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods
You evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions. Make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes based on analysis of feedback
You optimize stakeholder engagement through strategic communication in both pre‑training and post‑training phases
Actively pursue continued education and awareness of field feedback, product indication(s), updates and surrounding marketplace changes/developments to incorporate into programs and other learning activities. Provide such information to manager and team members for continuous departmental review/assessment of existing learning & development offerings
Who You Are
BS/BA in Medical Technology/technical/scientific field preferred or equivalent education
2 years of technical work experience. (clinical laboratory, hospital, medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical, military)
Strong knowledge of training practices and principles and methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and meeting management skills
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Preferred Qualifications
2 years or more of recent and applicable technical work experience with Roche Core Lab products (clinical laboratory, hospital, medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical, military)
Experience with curriculum development, course design, and training effectiveness
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
Excellent conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask managing multiple projects and classroom training

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $79,900–$148,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
