Factory Direct Renovations Group , the leading growing Home Improvement Company, is seeking Appointment Setters for our Broward County, Florida market. Customer service experience is essential, as you will interact with clients over the phone, discussing our products, and securing sales leads and appointments for our team. We are a rapidly expanding home improvement company with numerous growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners.
Adjust scripts to meet the needs of specific homeowners.
Handle homeowner questions and objections.
Gather homeowner information including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
Schedule and confirm appointments via telephone.
Input appointment details and homeowner information into the system.
Coordinate with canvassers or sales representatives to confirm appointments.
Conduct quality control calls.
Respond to potential homeowners' inquiries from advertisements.
Follow up on initial interactions with homeowners.
Maintain and update lead information and reports.
Set appointments and schedule leads for Outside Sales Reps.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Research information as needed using available resources.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Update existing customer records.
Document all call interactions according to procedures.
Complete call logs accurately.
Utilize computer, CRM, and customer service skills effectively.
Demonstrate quick learning and strong follow-up skills.
Education and Experience:
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Relevant experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions.
Product knowledge (training provided).
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
