Role Overview
We're looking for a
Creative Project Coordinator
to help drive our creative process from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing timelines, organizing creative assets, and supporting cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work on time, every time. You'll also oversee our digital asset management system, assist with production logistics, and help streamline creative workflows. Responsibilities Creative Project Facilitation
Maintain project timelines and task lists to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
Organize and document kickoff meetings, creative reviews, and project check‑ins
Track progress across projects and surface blockers to the right stakeholders
Ensure final assets are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with briefs and internal feedback
Help implement processes that increase clarity, speed, and accountability
Digital Asset Management
Maintain DAM (Digital Asset Management) tool: upload new assets, archive outdated content, and monitor usage rights
Organize creative assets in a structured and searchable way to ensure long‑term accessibility
Audit and ensure accurate usage of images and assets across in‑store, eCommerce, and social platforms
Production Coordination
Assist with coordinating production shoots by working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
Facilitate packaging comp creation and ensure all products are delivered accurately to agency partners
Maintain organized project files and digital assets to support efficient workflows
Sales Support
Support the sales team during seasonal line reviews by coordinating the creation and delivery of product samples to retail partners
Track sample shipments, manage timelines, and follow up to ensure on‑time delivery
Help organize presentation materials and visuals for internal and external sales meetings
Requirements Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in a creative operations, production, or project coordination role (agency or in‑house)
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a knack for tracking multiple moving parts
Familiarity with project management and digital asset management systems
Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
Passion for creative work and a desire to help teams do their best work
