About the Role The Manager, Creative Operations partners with a multidisciplinary creative team, collaborating on marketing campaigns, packaging design, physical space development, product (app/web) design, and restaurant branding. Acts as a thought partner on developing and optimizing creative operations processes with the Associate Director of Creative Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Optimizing the briefing and project kickoff process between cross‑functional teams and the creative team.
Planning and structuring work based on business priorities using Monday.com.
Working with Creative leads to plan and manage team resourcing and workload.
Monitoring timelines to ensure efficient, on‑time delivery of work, assessing and addressing any issues or concerns that may delay the project.
Reassigning or rescheduling tasks to balance workload in the team, as needed.
Acting as project management lead on projects independently, with meticulous attention to detail.
Partnering closely with cross‑functional leadership to assure creative projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Maintaining knowledge of key marketing and creative initiatives and reporting on where they stand at any point in time.
Facilitating and communicating learnings from project retrospectives.
Gathering best practices from stakeholders to constantly optimize processes.
Collaborating with cross‑functional leadership to align on project prioritization.
Championing clear and frequent inter‑departmental communications.
Evaluating and facilitating training sessions on new marketing and project management software solutions to improve and optimize team performance.
Supporting departmental budgeting, actuals reporting, and vendor management.
Evaluating new marketing and project management software solutions to improve and optimize team performance.
Partnering with Marketing to manage the calendar and ensure proper planning.
Building an atmosphere of collaboration, bridging people and teams, resolving conflicts when needed.
Owning and driving communications to keep the team informed and motivated.
Managing relationships with third‑party agencies and freelancers and facilitating collaborations.
Planning and managing activities and initiatives to support a healthy creative culture.
The Experience You Have
5‑7+ years of experience working in marketing and/or creative project management capacity.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions.
Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing, providing clear direction on processes and projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Experience with creative assets and production across all channels.
Experience working with Creative teams within an agency or in‑house team.
Experience building workflows in project management tools like Monday.com.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Base Salary $128,000–$135,500 per year.
