Responsibilities

Execute creator strategy and day‑to‑day campaign management for Fortune 500 clients.

Source, negotiate, contract and manage creators; oversee content creation and campaign oversight.

Leverage data and insights to position recommended creators and refine success metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams (account management, research/analytics, operations) to meet client needs.

Support training on planning, audience reporting, research tools, and presentation skills.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital, advertising or creator marketing.

Exceptional presentation skills and client‑facing experience.

Agency experience and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong network in the creator space; knowledge of both online and offline brand communication.

Proficiency with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter).

Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented and self‑starter.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

Must be based in Los Angeles.

Ability to thrive in a startup environment by creating processes where none exist.

Experience sourcing beyond social and applying offline/online market understanding.

Familiarity with brand safety, campaign‑specific criteria, and creator contract management.

Salary $60,000–65,000 per year.
