Marketing Operations Manager – Cella

This role leads the entire lead generation engine for a healthcare organization. The Marketing Operations Manager will own the marketing calendar, execute cross‑functional campaigns, and drive a consistently fueled pipeline of qualified NP and PA leads.
Responsibilities
Own the marketing calendar and end‑to‑end lead generation process from inception to sales hand‑off.
Manage the flow of lead‑driving campaigns and coordinate strategic tests such as competitor conquesting campaigns and referral incentive programs.
Ensure frictionless lead capture and booking flows on the website, working closely with the Full‑Stack Developer and CRO Specialist to optimize forms and CTAs.
Serve as the cross‑functional glue and primary project manager, collaborating with paid media, content, development, and CRO to maximize lead volume and quality.
Directly manage the Social Media Manager, ensuring organic channels support lead generation and brand awareness goals.
Own the operational configuration and integrity of HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub as the primary source of truth for lead data and marketing activities.
Run and optimize nurture funnels (retargeting, lifecycle email campaigns, and content initiatives) within HubSpot to improve conversion rates and lead quality prior to sales hand‑off.
Own parts of the marketing analytics stack (Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards) to measure and attribute lead sources.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven, hands‑on experience in lead generation for a fast‑paced B2C start‑up with a focus on web‑based lead capture.
Expertise in HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub – advanced configuration, list management, email workflows, and reporting for lead generation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across functions as the team scales.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to organize complex, multi‑channel campaigns using tools like Asana.
Self‑directed, resourceful approach – someone who can drive the lead engine with minimal supervision.
