Compliance Analyst, Marketing . The Compliance Analyst's primary function is to ensuring the Bank's legal compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulatory requirements as related to marketing collateral. The ideal candidate resides in either Central or Eastern Time. Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the AVP of Marketing Compliance with performing second line marketing reviews Review marketing materials of TFSB for compliance with applicable state and federal regulations including but not limited to: ECOA, FHAct, FACTA, RESPA, Dodd‑Frank Act, MAP Rule, UDAAP, TCPA, etc. Conduct regular compliance assessments to test & monitor compliance with banking laws and regulations Review complaints for potential compliance/regulatory issues Use internal and external resources to gain greater understanding of practices and processes. Examples of resources are meeting with department leaders, communicating with examiners, and conducting research Assist AVP of Marketing Compliance with interdepartmental special projects relating to the Bank's Compliance Program Provide support to the lines of business units regarding development and implementation of new compliance policies and procedures Assist the AVP of Marketing Compliance during regulatory examinations and external audits Maintain current knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations Interpret existing and emerging regulations and make procedural recommendations Job Requirements

College degree or equivalent experience Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification preferred 6+ years in bank compliance or audit required Ability to manage several assignments/projects simultaneously Familiarity with banking laws and regulations, particularly Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and fair lending laws Ability to work efficiently and productively, with others or independently Excellent time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to problem solve for a variety of compliance and business issues within pressure and time‑sensitive periods Ability to effectively communicate all levels of bank management Employee Benefits
