Summary of Position
The Interior Design Coordinator I is primarily responsible for processing interior selections and change orders for inventory homes and supporting the Selections department.
Key Responsibilities
Process interior selections and enhancement change orders following collections.
Collaborate with the team to develop interior design collections for inventory homes that align with market requirements and incorporate cutting‑edge trends.
Handle Model Home enhancement change orders and assist Model Home Designers as needed.
Maintain a selections matrix to track collection usage within a community.
Maintain digital assets and collection imagery using PowerPoint.
Preserve Selections Department sample inventory and ensure studio cleanliness.
Maintain the Division Upgrade list in collaboration with the Division President on an ongoing basis.
Assist Construction and Sales teams with inventory home requests as needed.
Walk inventory homes to review design elements on a regular basis.
Support the Interior Design Manager in selection programs (e.g., tile, countertops, flooring, paint, cabinets) through documentation, resource creation, and research.
From time to time complete projects on short notice with extreme time constraints.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree required.
At least 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience in a related field.
Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a bonus.
Current, valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
