Product Marketing Manager
to own product marketing initiatives from start to finish. This high-impact role blends product and marketing strategy, deep customer empathy, and go-to-market execution. You’ll collaborate with product managers on roadmap strategy, engage enterprise prospects, and run enablement sessions with our sales team. As an early member of the product marketing function, you\'ll help build foundational processes, messaging frameworks, and influence how we bring our solutions to market. This role requires autonomy with strong cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. What You’ll Do Be the voice of the customer — conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and synthesize feedback to inform product strategy and go-to-market decisions Craft positioning and messaging — develop differentiated value propositions for Middesk’s business identity products for fintechs, lenders, enterprise financial services, and marketplaces Lead go-to-market execution — own end-to-end launch strategy for new products and features from beta through full market release; refine GTM strategy for existing products Enable sales success — create high-impact sales materials, including pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and training sessions Drive competitive intelligence — maintain frameworks and analysis to equip sales to win against legacy providers and emerging competitors Partner on pricing and packaging — collaborate with RevOps and leadership to analyze market dynamics and optimize pricing/packaging Influence product roadmap — incorporate customer insights and market trends into development priorities Measure and optimize — develop key metrics to track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or related technology sectors, with a proven track record of launches and GTM initiatives Strategic and tactical balance: ability to shape positioning while executing detailed project plans Customer-centric mindset: skilled at uncovering customer needs and translating insights into clear messaging Technical aptitude: comfortable with API-driven products and distilling features into customer value Sales-partnership experience: strong experience partnering with sales, enabling reps with insights and training Analytical strength: proficient in turning qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights Cross-functional influence: experience working across product, sales, marketing, and customer success with autonomy Startup DNA: thrives in ambiguous, high-growth settings and builds processes from the ground up Communication excellence: strong written and verbal skills Seniority level
