As a Telemarketer, you will be calling established leads, following up with inquiries, sharing information about the company and services offered, and processing promising leads to the next step. You will also use CRM to manage leads and clients, cold call potential clients, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending significant time on the phone, has excellent customer service skills, and maintains a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Call potential clients and leads, following scripts and sales pitches to promote products and services Answer questions to explain benefits to potential customers Update CRM to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain records of lead contacts Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and phone skills Positive attitude Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently without significant supervision
