Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their careers in communication and public relations. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Manage social media accounts, including creating content and engaging with followers.

Support event planning and execution, including logistics and coordination activities.

Conduct research to identify potential media outlets and develop targeted media lists.

Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for the communications team.

Collaborate with team members on communication projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
