We are seeking a talented and experienced news reporter and anchor for a newly created position at KFAB Radio in Omaha. This full-time position will help us cover local breaking news and severe weather and news events like press conferences, city council meetings, Nebraska State Legislature some remote some in-person (we have company cars for that), as well as anchor KFAB and other newscasts as assigned. Responsibilities
Cover local breaking news and severe weather Report on events such as press conferences, city council meetings, and the Nebraska State Legislature Work remote and in-person as needed (we have company cars for that) An anchor KFAB and other newscasts as assigned Engage in social media video news reporting for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X Be flexible to cover news and news events when they happen, including evening shifts and election night and severe weather coverage Apply
