Greenville, SC , is seeking a
full-time Mold Designer

A Day in the Life of a Mold Designer As a
Mold Designer , you will use
Solid Modeling CAD software (Creo or SolidWorks)
to create models, drawings, and bills of material for
plastic injection molds . You will also use CAD tools for part model analysis, mass property calculations, and interference checks. You'll be responsible for completing
injection and structural foam mold designs
from OEM-supplied part models. Your designs will include
parting line splits, cooling systems, ejection mechanisms, and other mold components —ensuring they are
cost‑effective to manufacture
and
robust for customer applications .
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Creo or SolidWorks (preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work
Ability to mentor and guide others toward success
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
