Make inbound and outbound calls to verify client information and connect them with the licensed sales team Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support Maintain a database of current and potential customers Qualifications
Must enjoy communicating with clients over the phone Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior Must be coachable Excellent communication skills: typing 50 wpm+, verbal, and listening Strong interpersonal communication skills Motivated and determined Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus bonuses. Benefits include hourly base salary + commission + bonus opportunities, hands-on training, PTO, retirement plan, and a Mon-Fri schedule with evenings off. Career growth opportunities are available, with potential to transition into Licensed Insurance Sales Producer. Career Growth
