Coordinator, Communication, Marketing and Recruitment

Plans, implements, monitors, and oversees college and department communication, marketing, and recruitment activities. Ensures the daily function of operations and services related to any assigned program, initiative, or objective.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Coordinates daily tasks related to one or more assigned components of overall programs and/or services as assigned.
Assists with developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive communication, marketing, and recruitment strategies for BCLASSE and its constituent departments and programs.
Coordinates with university constituents to create effective marketing materials and campaigns that highlight the college's programs and achievements.
Gathers college's graduate-employment data to promote programs to prospective students and parents.
Manages the college's social media presence; creates original and engaging multimedia content to promote the college's programs and events.
Collaborates with university constituents to tailor content to target audiences and to optimize deployment of marketing and promotional material.
Integrates enrollment marketing strategies into social media platforms using organic and paid channels; manages and reports analytic information to the college community.
Develops analytic and reporting methods to measure performance of social media strategies; monitors social media listening tools in coordination with co-workers; manages takeover strategies of college and department social media strategies.
Creates campaign strategies using digital marketing platforms; builds advertising programs on multi-channel platforms; writes copies, coordinates imagery, graphics, and video; produces media for advertising campaigns.
Assists college and departmental leadership on advertising strategies; produces reports of campaign performance on as needed or end of campaign basis.
Stays up to date with social media and digital marketing trends and implements new platforms into college marketing strategies.
Develops and manages the college's communication plan for prospective students, including email campaigns, newsletters, and direct mail.
Maintains relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other feeder institutions to attract prospective students.
Plans and executes on-campus and off-campus recruitment events, including college fairs, open houses, and informational sessions.
Analyzes enrollment data and trends to adjust strategies and improve recruitment efforts.
Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and analyze prospective student interactions and streamline recruitment processes.
Prepares reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for the dean, associate dean, and other stakeholders.
Coordinates with the development office to support donor relations and alumni engagement initiatives that contribute to the college's enrollment goals.
Other Functions and Responsibilities Assists with training new hires.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Equipment Operated Computer and all other standard office equipment; video recording equipment, DSLR, and mobile recording technologies.
Work Schedule Typically, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend assignments as needed to cover special events.
Supervision Exercised May exercise supervision over student employees.

Minimum Qualifications At least a bachelor's degree; and experience in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, recruitment, or enrollment management.
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism, media, marketing, higher education administration, or a related field.
E xperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Experience working as a recruiter or enrollment counselor in higher education.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and recruitment strategies.
Experience working with intellectually diverse populations.
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Knowledge of the College of Liberal Arts, Social Sciences and Education programs and the ability to articulate their value to prospective students.
Experience in multimedia production and video-editing.
