Destination NJ Homes is looking for a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising and online presence. If you thrive on optimizing campaigns, creating high-converting landing pages, and driving measurable results, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll
influence client acquisition as well as recruiting efforts
by promoting our unique value to both agents and prospective clients.
Base Salary is $80,000 with bonuses (expected to bring total compensation to the $95,000 to $130,000 range in the first year) are directly tied to conversion, allowing you to grow alongside the brokerage.
Responsibilities
Digital Advertising: Develop, execute, and manage high-performance digital ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Web & Landing Page Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously test and optimize website content and dedicated landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategy Development: Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to continually refine our online marketing strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and lead quality standards.
Organic Content Creation: Develop systems to create regular social media, email, and video content.
Management: Help manage an inside sales agent to convert leads you have generated.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on digital advertising campaign management.
Technical Proficiency: Strong, demonstrated experience with website design principles, landing page creation, and A/B testing/optimization.
Analytical Skills: Expert-level ability to analyze data and use marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI) to make strategic decisions.
Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads/PPC platforms, email marketing technology, WordPress (or general web design proficiency), basic API implementation, and marketing automation tools.
Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications
Specific experience developing and managing real estate advertising campaigns.
Expertise in Social Media marketing strategy, management, and ad execution.
Experience with brand development and visual identity in a professional environment.
Proficiency in writing copy.
Compensation $95,000 - $130,000 yearly
