ROLE DESCRIPTION
Alex Mora - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting business development. QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual Spanish required Dedicated to customer service Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred Able to obtain Property and Casualty License Able to obtain a Life/Health License Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs BENEFITS
Base salary plus commission/bonus Group health plan with a $300 monthly allowance Dental and Vision insurance paid by the owner Group Life insurance of $75,000 paid by the owner 401k with 4% match Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Valuable experience and growth potential within the office Opportunity for training and licensing to represent State Farm professionally Team environment with a professional, goal-oriented team Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Additional Information
