As a Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelly Cook - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and promote business development. QUALIFICATIONS
