Product Marketing Manager – Starbridge Join our team as the first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, driving the narrative that powers our go-to-market strategy at Starbridge.

Responsibilities & Impact

Own positioning & messaging – craft compelling platform messaging for website, decks, one-pagers, and outbound materials.

Support new vertical launches – collaborate with product and sales to build GTM strategies for segments such as Parks & Rec, HVAC, and the Federal space.

Drive sales enablement – partner with sales to create deal-closing materials (demo decks, battlecards, talk tracks, etc.).

Lead competitive intelligence – maintain structured competitor view to sharpen differentiation and inform roadmap.

Manage cross-functional inputs – coordinate between product, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment.

Define the Starbridge narrative – own the story that ties positioning to product to customer outcomes.

What You Bring Must Have

2–5 years of product marketing experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, or background in management consulting + startup ops.

Exceptional writing and communication skills; comfortable owning customer-facing messaging.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can quickly synthesize inputs into action.

Empathy for the sales team and a passion for building materials that actually get used.

High-ownership mindset and strong execution skills – comfortable juggling competing priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience marketing to regulated industries or public sector clients.

Prior ownership of sales enablement programs or competitive intelligence initiatives.

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, and Notion.
