Brief Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creative production team and driving the development of both internal and external marketing resources for Commercial and Residential HVAC product lines. This role ensures brand consistency across all materials, including literature, promotional items, product photography, 3-D animations, and branded merchandise. Key responsibilities include collaborating with marketing leaders, managing third-party vendors, guiding the creative team, and supporting the Local Engagement & Advertising Fund (LEAF) program. The leader ensures timely project delivery, manages team workflows, and oversees the compliance and online branded merchandise store for all CCG Brands

Lead the in-house design team providing guidance, feedback, and skill development support to implement and generate innovative ideas for visuals, and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing leaders and other key stakeholders to understand project needs, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Create visually appealing digital and print ready materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits for our unique market segments and align with the CCG’s marketing goals and brand vision.
Collaborate with external agencies as needed to integrate concepts into visuals, and messaging for campaigns, products, and events.
Collaborate with third party vendor to support merchandise branding.
Brand Oversight
Ensure that we maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity and CI across all marketing materials, merchandise, and touchpoints including materials provided as part of local market support.
Collaborate with third party vendors to manage implementation of brands on channel support content and branding presence of merchandise related logo placement, etc.
Design, Visuals, Collateral Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including print and digital assets, presentations, merchandise, collateral, channel material, event invitations, videos, and more.
Review and approve design concepts and final deliverables in partnership with other marketing leadership.
Collaborate with the digital marketing professionals to build digital marketing assets that optimize online product listings, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Work closely with product and marketing leaders to translate technical information into user-friendly channel facing visuals.
Project Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
Lead and develop a high-performing creative services team of designers and multimedia specialists that complete projects on time, meet the project quality and creative objectives, and remain within budget.
Provide guidance/mentorship to team members.
Manage team and functional area schedules and workflows in Monday.com and provide monthly reporting to leadership.
Channel LEAF (Co-op) Program and Online Branded Merchandise Store Oversight LEAF
Manage and implement LEAF (Local Engagement & Advertising Fund) compliance.
Build digital and other resources for use by our reps and distributors to promote our brands.
Govern proper utilization, and compliance with established usage and branding guidelines.
Develop/source an online platform for our channel partners which includes marketing materials and resources that our customers can use as part of their LEAF efforts.
Work with sales to drive utilization and local activities.
Marketing Online Resource Site
Collaborate with selected third-party vendor to ensure the branded merchandise store has sufficient content, and brand compliance.
Evaluate consumer behavior over time and support the third party in recommending which branded merchandise aligns with our channel needs over time
Support managing costs by identifying which products require rapid movement or promotion to local shipment for on-site use.
Skills & Abilities Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (Advanced training preferred).
Experience
10 years of experience in creative services or graphic design.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
HVAC or related industry experience is a plus.
Computer Skills
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design and multimedia software.
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Premiere Pro/Media Encoder
After Effects
Advanced 3D modeling and animation skills using KeyShot (preferred)
Skilled with MS Office
Experience using CRM platform(s), Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, and email/content platforms(s)

Experience in building new websites centered around user experience
Certificates & Licenses
Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) preferred
