Junior/Intermediate Designer with 1-2 years of experience for high-profile socially conscious housing projects and single-family residential designs. Location: Los Angeles, CA. Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Employment type: Full-time. Responsibilities
Work on projects from Schematics through Construction Administration. Develop 3D models in Rhino; Autocad drawing/detailing; Adobe/D5 rendering. Prepare a set of working drawings; contribute to design and graphics; attention to detail. Collaborate with a fast-growing design team in a central DTLA office in a high-rise environment. Qualifications
BArch and/or MArch required; MArch or Post-Professional Degree preferred. Strong Rhino 3D solid modeling, Autocad, Adobe/D5 illustration/rendering skills. Experience preparing working drawings; strong design talent; ability to develop architectural detailing; color/material exploration. Portfolio and resume required; PDFs or links on Archinect's online job application center. Legal status to work in the United States; in-person interviews in Los Angeles preferred; willing to relocate to LA. Three academic/work references; commitment to professional work ethic; start date: Sept/Oct/Nov 2025; occasional remote negotiable; sponsorship for OPT/CPT possible. Additional information
