Track the status of partner reviews and approvals of all gameplay involving external brands and partners
Manage written communications with partners promptly, providing updates and outlining clear requests and deadlines on asset reviews and feedback
Coordinate with internal producers to ensure all elements of an activation are staying on track for release and accounting for partner review and feedback
Update and maintain a tracking system for internal visibility of current status, risks, and next steps of all in‑flight projects
What we’re looking for
Minimum 4‑6 years of professional experience in art or gameplay production and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Experience managing external communications with high‑caliber partners on behalf of a large company like Epic Games
Strong understanding of the cosmetics, game dev, and marketing pipeline, and experience working directly with gameplay development teams

Experience managing a team of direct reports while also owning projects and deliverables
Experience using Shotgrid, JIRA, Miro, Slack, Airtable, Google Suite, and Trello
