Duties

Facilitation of stakeholder impact analyses to identify targeted audiences;

Coordination with subject matter expertise to understand the extent of changes and how changes will impact the intended audience;

Recommendation of effective communication strategies and channels to effectively communicate with impacted audiences based on their needs;

Development of communication material to support communication strategies with stakeholders – including but not limited to emails, intranet articles, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, training materials, frequently asked questions, leader talking points, 1-page overviews/summaries, etc.

Development of visual illustrations to summarize complex business problems and the approach to implementing long-term sustainable solutions

Coordinate and manage the execution of delivering communication materials to intended audiences in accordance with project timelines

Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and demonstrate agility by adjusting future communication approaches when needed

Basic graphic design (PowerPoint, Canva)

Qualifications

Understanding of change management strategies & techniques

Ability to summarize and synthesize information in a way that is engaging, memberable and digestable

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage assignments with tight deadlines from multiple sources

Ability to anticipate risks and barrier to effective communication and delivery dates

Demonstrate agility by quickly adjusting as the needs of the business change

Strong presentation skills

Self-motivated and ability to work collaboratively and independently

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Education

4 year degree in related field required
