Local Store Marketer (LSM)
who can help increase sales at the local level by building community relationships and enhancing guest loyalty. If you have a passion for networking and creativity, apply today! Your Responsibilities Would Include
Assisting the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, check averages, and overall sales. Promoting all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.). Building relationships during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc. Establishing positive and ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc. Developing and executing community and charitable events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and increase brand awareness. Supporting public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events. Communicating regularly with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results. Our Roadies are the heart of our company.
