What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in defining and amplifying RevDoc’s brand voice. This is a hands‑on writing role where you’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create content that educates, inspires, and drives growth.
Responsibilities
Website Content:
Rewrite and refine core pages to drive engagement and conversion, ensuring tone and messaging align with RevDoc’s brand voice and patient‑first mission.
App UX Writing:
Partner with product designers and engineers to craft intuitive in‑app copy—tooltips, microcopy, CTAs, and onboarding flows that enhance clarity and trust.
Marketing & Sales Collateral:
Develop compelling materials such as brochures, one‑pagers, email campaigns, and provider decks that communicate RevDoc’s value to both patients and providers.
Thought Leadership & SEO Content:
Research, write, and edit SEO‑informed blog posts and articles that position RevDoc as a trusted voice in digital health and cash‑pay care.
Internal & External Communications:
Standardize tone and style across newsletters, help center articles, FAQs, and internal updates to ensure a consistent and credible brand presence.
Brand Voice Development:
Contribute to RevDoc’s evolving style guide and help define how the brand communicates as we scale and expand nationally.
Who You Are
3+ years of professional writing experience, ideally within digital health, technology, or consumer platforms
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and structure
Proven ability to translate complex healthcare or tech concepts into accessible, engaging language
Confident writing both long‑form and short‑form content across various platforms
Collaborative and comfortable working cross‑functionally with marketing, design, and product teams
Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and self‑directed
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience creating patient/provider‑facing content in the U.S. healthcare system
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content strategy
Familiarity with HIPAA and regulated healthcare environments
Experience with content management systems (CMS) or UX writing tools
