Position Overview We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between advanced treasury processes and compelling marketing messaging. The role partners with product, content, and sales teams to ensure our communications accurately reflect the sophisticated financial operations our customers perform daily.

Reporting Structure : Directly reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing.

Location : Remote, with minimal travel (2–3 times annually).

What You’ll Do

Product Launch : Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to develop messaging and collateral for new launches and integrated campaigns.

Content Partnership : Work closely with the content team to ensure accurate representation of customer pain points, treasury processes, and financial operations for CFO and treasurer audiences.

Website Content Management : Partner with the website team to maintain current, on‑brand solution content that resonates with our target market.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Serve as the treasury subject‑matter expert across marketing initiatives including demand campaigns, event messaging, and sales enablement materials.

Accelerate Go‑to‑Market Velocity : Provide treasury expertise for messaging validation, enabling faster campaign launches and product releases.

Elevate Message Resonance : Tie product capabilities and CFO/treasurer pain points to executive‑level value propositions that drive pipeline and accelerate sales cycles.

Strengthen Competitive Positioning : Sharpen differentiation against competitors by highlighting where GTreasury truly excels.

Drive Campaign Effectiveness : Apply domain knowledge to improve targeting, messaging, and content strategy for demand campaigns, resulting in higher‑quality leads and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

Marketing Foundation

(2–4 years): Experience in marketing, communications, or go‑to‑market roles, including developing messaging and positioning, creating content such as case studies, solution briefs, web copy, and supporting product launches, campaigns, or sales enablement initiatives.

Treasury/Finance Background : Direct experience in treasury operations, financial processes, or related financial services roles. Ability to speak credibly about cash forecasting, FX hedging, liquidity management, payments, and other core treasury functions.

Communication Skills : Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives for technical practitioners and C‑level executives.

Qualifications

Treasury Systems & Process Expertise : Direct experience with treasury management systems or treasury operations. Includes experience as a corporate treasury end‑user, implementation consultant, or vendor support role.

End‑user roles managing daily treasury operations.

Implementation, configuration, or integration of TMS platforms.

Business analyst, consultant, or advisory positions supporting treasury teams.

Presales, solution engineering, or customer success roles.

System selection, vendor evaluation, or RFP leadership.

Building or refining cash forecasting models and processes.

Managing FX exposure, hedging programs, or hedge accounting.

Overseeing payment operations, bank connectivity, or SWIFT integration.

Product Marketing Experience : Specific product marketing background in B2B software, particularly in fintech, enterprise software, or financial services solutions.

Customer‑Facing Treasury Experience : Roles explaining, documenting, or advocating for treasury processes to non‑treasury audiences.
