Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through email, phone, and chat Assist clients with questions related to account management, platform features, and streaming services Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery Provide users with information about promotional offers, playlists, and new features Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform changes and best practices Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the music or tech industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail A genuine passion for music and streaming platforms Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training And More...
