Job Summary:
The Department of Marketing and Supply Chain at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is pleased to invite applications for a full‑time Lecturer and Supply Chain Program Director. The position is a 9‑month, non‑tenure‑eligible faculty role for an initial two‑year period that has the potential for renewal and promotion to Senior Lecturer after five years. The incumbent will be appointed to a 50% teaching, 40% administration, and 10% service distribution of effort with a typical teaching load of 8 courses per year, including undergraduate, graduate, and business courses as needed. The role also offers a strong research environment with a behavioral research laboratory and research funding.

Responsibilities
Teach 8 courses per year across undergraduate, graduate, and business programs.
Lead and administer the Supply Chain Program.
Contribute to department service and institutional responsibilities.
Engage in research and scholarly activities supported by department resources.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or expected to earn one in supply chain management, marketing, or a related field by the start date.
Excellent record in classroom teaching.
Experience with undergraduate and graduate curriculum development preferred.
