Multi Location Store Customer Service Specialist (Bilingual Spanish & English Preferred) Base pay range:

$16.66/hr - $16.66/hr

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns, uphold high quality and visual standards, and consistently meet store sales goals.

Location: Store #703193, 7653 Cass St, Omaha, NE 68114 (within 10 miles). This is a part‑time position starting at $16.66/hr.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services

Build trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers

Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures

Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

Maintain precise work order files and formulas

Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse

Tint and mix products to customer specifications

Stock shelves and set up displays

Clean store equipment

Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed

Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas

Stay knowledgeable on products offered and educate customers

Comply with inventory control procedures

Suggest ways to improve sales performance

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship

Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

Able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally

Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Internal Sherwin‑Williams personnel: "meets expectations" performance rating and completion of required HR eLearning courses

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

At least one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service

Experience selling paint and paint‑related products

Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment

Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages (Spanish preferred)
