Job Title Jr. Manager, Marketing Operations

Your role This is a foundational, high-impact role on a team dedicated to supporting influential artists through innovative campaigns. Serving as the administrative and operational hub, you will play a crucial role in the setup, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities include asset management, maintaining the master release schedule, and ensuring seamless communication across all key internal teams (Creative, Digital, A&R). This early-career opportunity enables a highly organized professional to master operational workflows, assist with budget tracking, and contribute to the development of essential marketing materials.

Here you’ll get to

Lead all aspects of marketing operations for an assigned roster across all phases of a campaign. Own process workflows and ensure smooth execution.

Schedule music, maintain timelines, manage, and distribute all deliverables

Coordinate deadlines, asset collection, and internal communication

Track down, collate & distribute assets to relevant project stakeholders. Partner with A&R Admin, Creative Dept, ComRev, and other departments for each artist and release.

Audio: Final masters, clean/explicit, instrumentals, acapella

Art: Final cover, layered PSD

Physical: Domestic and international specs

Assets: Photos, bio, lyrics, label copy, press release, logo, font, artist quote, liners, Linkfire, Canvas, Apple Motion

Content: Music video, short form, cutdowns, BTS, social assets

Coordinate Asset Creation with Creative/Digital Teams

Circulate assets to Internal + External Partners

Physical Product Suite Configurations

Work in tandem with Marketing Strategy Leads to develop artist campaigns. Contribute to marketing plan development (timelines, variants, deadlines, etc)

Coordinate OOH Campaigns, in partnership with relevant PM

Plan + Implement Artist Events

Work with the marketing assistant to send out artist updates and necessary communications

Act as Co-PM on select projects

Organize campaign timelines & distribute internally

Provide timely updates to the company with the latest timelines & assets

Work with marketing assistant(s) to ensure all invoices are paid

Compile weekly budget submissions and communicate to relevant stakeholders

Perform additional operational tasks as required to support campaign success and department efficiency.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the music industry or e-commerce

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising

Experience with e-commerce platforms and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Passion for music and a deep understanding of music culture

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in marketing automation tools

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Experience with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Existing relationships with artists, labels, or music industry professionals

This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration and believe it\'s essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships.

Salary Range: $70,304 to $75,000 Annually. Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
