As a
Creative Production Coordinator , you will play a critical role in creative operations by working to effectively streamline the daily workflow of advertising production at SiriusXM Media. You must demonstrate excellent skills in written and verbal communication, organization, project management, and critical thinking, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects and demanding deadlines. You should be familiar with the advertising and broadcast worlds. What you'll do:
Review incoming creative briefs, assets, and ad products Collaborate with Client Services to review incoming requests, efficiently organize task assets, and determine priority and production deadlines Assign requests to in‑house producers and copywriters, manage team workflow, and facilitate production communication as needed Identify, edit, and occasionally write effective audio and visual advertising copy Traffick podcast ad creative in collaboration with Client Services and Ad Operations Support training efforts and external communications with key company partners to promote successful audio and display production requests and creative development Support additional project management efforts within Audio and Display Production, such as contributing to ad creative team strategic initiatives and projects, coordinating production for custom audio and display projects beyond daily advertising needs, and gathering and assessing production data to develop and improve workflow systems and communication What you'll need:
2‑3 years creative operations experience, ideally in broadcast or digital advertising BA/BS or relevant work experience High attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to remain focused when handling multiple projects Highly responsive and service‑oriented attitude Driven self‑starter who enjoys working independently and in a collaborative team environment Spanish fluency (written and spoken) desired, but not a requirement Passion for audio, design, advertising, podcasts, and music! Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of Photoshop, file types, fonts, and resolution is a plus Project management software, Atlassian Confluence and JIRA, are a plus Must have legal right to work in the U.S. Compensation
We expect the base salary for this position to be between $58,000 and $75,000, and this role might be eligible for discretionary short‑term and long‑term incentives. This role may also be eligible for open office or remote work at further indicated. EEO
