Portfolio Community Manager - HOAMCO (Albuquerque, NM)
HOAMCO – A great place to work! We are excited to be one of the industry leaders in HOA management. HOAMCO is looking for a talented Portfolio Community Manager for Albuquerque, NM. This manager is responsible for providing overall supervision of a portfolio of communities and interacting with homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, and staff.

Qualifications
2-5 years of portfolio community management experience
Professional and dependable
Excellent customer service skills to build quality relationships with board and homeowners
Responsibilities
Manage community according to governing documents, management agreement, and contracts.
Proactive, clear communication with board, vendors, and internal team.
Financial acumen: prepare budgets, ensure timely payments, and submit monthly financials.
Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion.
Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.
Conduct regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.
Perform administrative duties as needed.
Stay current with best industry practices, applicable laws, and educate boards on updates.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment while handling interruptions
Comfortable working on a PC and laptop (training is provided on internal CRM software and technology)
